About The Event

We are very excited to be returning to beautiful Cape Cod for our 7th Annual Claddagh Fund Celebrity Golf Tournament hosted by Bobby Orr, NHL Hall of Famer and Ken Casey, founder of the Dropkick Murphys and Claddagh Fund. Spread over 3 courses, join more than 300 golfers and celebrities to compete for the title of Claddagh Fund Champion! An epic day on the course is followed by an evening reception with dinner, cocktails, awards, entertainment, and a silent and live auction.

Golfer Registration: 10:30am. Shotgun Start: 12 Noon

Cost of this registration includes the cost of one cigar per player.

The Claddagh Fund was founded in 2009 by Ken Casey of the Dropkick Murphys. Ken, his bandmates and their families have supported charities throughout the history of the band. Understanding the power of their position to harness the passion and generosity of their fans, the Claddagh Fund was created to raise funds for and broaden our impact on worthy, underfunded non-profits that support the most vulnerable individuals in our communities.

Rees Jones has designed a superior, 7,047-yard, Par-72 golf course at The Golf Club of Cape Cod in the traditions of old New England-style golf course design. Each hole has its own personality. You will find a variety of shot options at every turn, challenging your creativity of shot selection. Golfers will find no less than four tee locations on each hole, opening to ample landing areas and challenging each player to choose wisely between risk and reward.

Your foursome at the Golf Club of Cape Cod includes an additional celebrity player. Past participating celebrities have included: Tuuka Rask, Bruins Goalie; Steve DeOssie, Patriots Alumni, Comcast SportsNet New England Commentator; Lyndon Byers, Bruins Alumni & Co-host “Hill-Man Morning Show and Lenny Clarke, Actor & Comedian. The Cape Club by Troon, (formerly Ballymeade Country Club), located on Cape Cod, is in the final stages of a major transformation, including extensive changes to the golf course, clubhouse and club amenities. The golf experience at The Cape Club promises to be one of the best in the region after undergoing an expansive transformation that included all new green complexes, expanded playing corridors, new/re-contoured fairways and more. Foursome at The Cape Club: $2,500.

Falmouth Country Club is a challenging 27-hole, year-round public golf course not far from the Atlantic beaches, cranberry bogs, and all that is Cape Cod. Walk or ride our championship 18 hole, par 72 course, or enjoy the 9 hole, par 37 "Talon" course. Foursome at Falmouth Country Club: $1,500.
